Review: It was exactly what I expected. It had a strong smell right out of the bag and the pearl detail isn't attached to the side but it wasn't a big deterrent. It worked for what I needed them and even after dancing the whole night they didn't give me any sores and held up perfectly. I do recommend wearing them with some thin socks to avoid contact sores
